Need design help?
If you don’t already have a design there are many great sites on the web where you can purchase great templates. You can download a template, customize it right on your computer, convert it to PDF and you’re ready to send it to us for printing! We suggest you purchase a template and not use the free templates as the quality is far better when you purchase a template. We recommend two great sites to choose from; Smiletemplates and Stocklayouts. Many of these templates can be edited in Microsoft word but if you want to use a better editing program you can download an older version of Adobe Photoshop, Indesign or Illustrator for free. How long will it take for my job to be printed?
Most jobs are printed within 24 hours and then shipped Monday through Friday. Some jobs that are large or require bindery services may take up to 48 hours to complete.
How long will UPS Ground shipping take?
After your order has been completed your order will be shipped. UPS Ground Shipping times will vary depending on where you are located. You can view an estimated shipping time on the Payment Information page before you have completed your purchase or you can view the our UPS Ground Shipping Map. If you need help determining how long it will take please contact customer service at 1-888-307-4570. We ship Monday through Friday. Weather conditions may increase the time it takes for UPS to get your package to you.
How can I track the shipping of my job?
You will receive an email when your job is shipped that will include a UPS tracking number. To track simply visit the UPS website and enter your tracking number. We ship Monday through Friday.

Why do we accept only PDF files?
Use a PDF file to get the best quality possible. When other file types are sent to a computer where the file did not originate it can affect the format, layout and quality of your order. We recommend you downloading Primo PDF (free) for simple orders. However, if you plan on printing often, especially orders that include images, pictures or photos, you might want to consider purchasing a better PDF conversion program such as Nitro PDF which will maintain the highest level of quality for your order.
