BestValueCopy.com recognizes the importance of privacy. All information that you provide to us will be held in confidence. We do not make available information about visitors to our site to third parties.

Consent To Our Communication

By establishing an Account with us you grant permission for BestValueCopy.com to contact you at your e-mail address. To stop receiving our marketing emails follow the opt-out procedures set forth in such marketing emails.

Guarantee

BestValueCopy.com guarantees the quality of the work we deliver to our customers. This guarantee is limited to providing the best possible resolution and images of the file you send us and to deliver the correct quantities that you order from us. Please note that we cannot improve the quality of file(s) that you send us. We suggest that you send images with at least 300 dpi, (dots per inch). We cannot guarantee exact color matching. If you wish to make a claim concerning a job you received, please Email Us or call 1-888-307-4570.

Cancellations / Stopping Production

We do not accept cancellations of orders after an order has been produced.

We produce orders very fast. Some orders are even produced the same day. If you order in the morning it is possible that your order will be finished or even shipped by that evening.

Unsatisfactory Jobs / Returns

If you are unsatisfied with any of the jobs in your order, reprints or refunds will be decided on the circumstances of each case. Best Value Copy may issue a refund or a reprint of all or part of an individual job depending on the specifics of each case. All claims regarding lost or damaged orders or issues with quality must be filed within 30 days from the date the order was shipped.

Individual jobs eligible for refunds or reprints must be returned. We will provide UPS Return Labels free of charge.

We do not accept general returns due to the fact that all orders are custom orders.

Delivery

BestValueCopy.com ships all orders promptly. We cannot guarantee the arrival time of your order. Make sure you include not only shipping times but production time as well when estimating the time it takes to receive your order. We produce orders very fast with Most being completed in 24 to 48 hours. If a faster shipping time is needed you can choose Next Day Air, Second Day Air or 3 Day Select at the time of your order if needed.

Indemnification

Any materials that are sent to BestValueCopy.com are agreed by the sender to be the property of the sender and not copyrighted by another party or do not possess or include any other type of proprietary information or protection. In addition, sender acknowledges that any material sent to BestValueCopy.com is not subject to any slander or libel statements about any person or entity. The sender (customer) agrees to hold BestValueCopy.com harmless and pay for any costs whatsoever resulting from claims made by a third party concerning the reproduction of any protected materials.

Shipment

All shipments are with UPS or similar carrier unless otherwise specified. All shipments with a value over $125 are shipped FOB destination. All orders under $125 are shipped FOB origin.

The images on our homepage or any of our product pages cannot be used in any way, shape or form in any printed product we produce. Images are not for resale in any way. The images are licensed to us by Shutterstock or iStock and are thus subject their licensing rules and regulations.

Handling Charge

All shipping prices under $125 include a small parcel preparation charges to ensure proper shipping and safe delivery of your order.
