Color Copies

Choose whether your job should be completely in color or black and white. If you desire a combination of color and black and white contact us for a custom quote.

Choose whether the printing is to be on one side only with the reverse side blank or double sided with printing on both sides of the page. You must have at last 2 pages to choose double sided.

Choose the finished size of the document in inches. The dimensions are width first and then height. The typical standard page is 8 1/2 inches wide, with a height of 11 inches.

Choose the type of paper you desire. Standard paper is normally 20# paper which is correct for most jobs. If you want thicker paper, choose a paper with a higher number. Thicker paper is less likely to be seen through and has a higher quality "feel" but costs more. Unless you have a specific requirement for special paper, we recommend using 20# paper.

Choose the color of the paper you desire.

Select bleed if you want to print to the edge of the page.

Collated pages mean they are in sequential order. Not collated means that all the first pages are together, all the second pages are together, etc.

Available only for non-collated jobs. If you want the job folded, please choose from the formats shown. The shadowed area is the area where the sheet is printed on.

Available for folded items. If you would like a seal on your folded items, please select "yes".

We can divide the items into sets by padding them. Please select "yes" for padding and enter the # of sheets per pad

Available only for collated jobs. If you want the job stapled, please choose from the styles shown.

Choose from this selection of binding styles if you would like your copies to be bound together. They all function the same, so it's just a matter of your preference for one style over another. NOTE: Each binding has a different min/max number of 'pages' it can hold. The number of pages in your job may cause a binding to be disabled.

If you would like a cover on the front of each copy, please select the cover material in this section. In order to have a printed cover, you'll need to select "Hard front cover", and select a paper type, the higher the number, the thicker the paper. If you want colored paper, select "65# color laser color" and then choose a paper color from the drop-down. We will print on the cover from the first page or first two pages of the PDF file you upload with your order (depending on whether you select single-sided or double-sided printing for your cover), and will print either in color or black and white depending on what you select here. NOTE: Clear or Vinyl front cover not available on Perfect binding.

Laminate to protect your hard front cover.

Adds a clear plastic protective cover over the hard paper cover. NOTE: Clear or Vinyl front cover not available on Perfect binding.
