  • Need design help?

    If you don’t already have a design there are many great sites on the web where you can purchase great templates. You can download a template, customize it right on your computer, convert it to PDF and you’re ready to send it to us for printing! We suggest you purchase a template and not use the free templates as the quality is far better when you purchase a template. We recommend two great sites to choose from; Smiletemplates and Stocklayouts. Many of these templates can be edited in Microsoft word but if you want to use a better editing program you can download an older version of Adobe Photoshop, Indesign or Illustrator for free.   • Print Production Times:

    Production on most orders are completed within 24 hours. However, orders that require bindery or other finishing options may take up to 48 hours to complete production. Orders that contain multiple jobs where one or more require bindery or other finishing options will wait until all jobs are completed before shipping. In addition, we will contact you if any files or production issues prevent us from starting your order and will put your order on hold until we resolve the issue with you.

  • Shipping Times:

    After your order has been completed your order will be shipped. Shippments leave our facility Monday through Friday only at 5pm ET. UPS or USPS Ground Shipping times will vary depending on where you are located. Enter your zip code on the Payment Information or Order Summary page and there you can view the estimated ground shipping time along with the cost. View the UPS and USPS Ground Shipping Maps for estimated transit times. If you have any special instructions or requirements please tell us in the comments section on the payment page. Weather conditions may increase the time it takes for UPS to get your package to you.

  • Free Ground Shipping:

    Free Ground Shipping is applied to all orders over $125 in the contiguous 48 states and Washington D.C. Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories outside of the contiguous 48 states are not included. Only Ground Shipping in offered free but you can still choose any shipping option you wish if a faster delivery is needed.

  • Track Shipping

    You will receive an email when your job is shipped that will include a UPS or a USPS tracking number. To track simply visit the UPS website or the USPS website and enter your tracking number. We ship Monday through Friday only.

  • Free Copy Offer Details

    The Free Copy Offer is for new customers on their first purchase only. The offer is for 250 Free Black & White or 50 Free Color on 20# White Bond Paper at the 8.5 x 11 size. No finishing options or shipping is included.

  • Why do we accept only PDF files?

    Use a PDF file to get the best quality possible. When other file types are sent to a computer where the file did not originate it can affect the format, layout and quality of your order. We recommend you downloading Primo PDF (free) for simple orders. However, if you plan on printing often, especially orders that include images, pictures or photos, you might want to consider purchasing a better PDF conversion program such as Nitro PDF which will maintain the highest level of quality for your order.

  • How do I opt-out of email communication?

    At the bottom of every email we send there is an opt-out button. Simply click on this button and you will no longer receive emails except for emails directly related to your orders.
